Here at the Dumpling Bar in Sydney we like to ensure that our dumplings are cooked to perfection for you to enjoy and take home to your family. If you want to try cooking your own dumplings at home, here’s how we do it!
When boiling authentic dumplings (the easiest way to cook them), all you need to do is to wait until they float. Then when the water boils once again, add some cold water. Repeat this process again and then on the third time the water boils, your dumplings are ready!
With our pan fried dumplings in Sydney we like to cook them for 10 minutes to ensure they are cooked well and through, while also ensuring that their underside is golden brown.
